introduction of myself

I believe I have Morgellon, they are not coming out of my skin. I have problems with my sinus, that inhibit me of having a good sleep, for 4 months now, That I have an average of 4 hr a day , sometimes I have less , I have brain fog, anxiety , I keep the beast at rest with silver colloidal… with a nebulizer, anyway , I hope to find, a good support spiritually and would like to be a participant in a group of prayers, if that exist here..

I am doing it every 4 hours , 7 inspirations in each nostril alternately, and then 7 inhalation by the mouth, the container is 8 ml, I use silver colloidal 20 ppm 1/3 distill water, for 2 /3 silver 20 ppm. You can do 3 or 4 seance with the 8 ml,
You hold the air for 10 , 15 sec each inspires. I do not use the mask , I spray the jet spray right into the nostrils while taking an inhalation. Nice little machine that nebulizer,
