CDS more powerful than MMS?

Recently switched from using MMS to CDS because of its simplicity. Thought it would be a little tamer than MMS; yesterday I had 2 drops x 3 spaced two hours apart and still got nausea, diarrhea, and headache. Haven't taken any today because I still have nausea and diarrhea, had errands that had to be done, and I live 40 miles from the nearest city, with only 1 bathroom pitstop on the way...lol. I know I must get on a regimen and stick to it to heal. I'm thinking that just 1 drop every other hour, for 3-4 hours each day may be better. I have had sinus and inner-ear issues ever since I was a child, and have used decongestant nasal sprays for years. I want so badly to stop depending on them. I feel dizzy most of the time and it's really having a detrimental effect on my life. Lately I've begun having vertigo espisodes that scare me, my head has sore spots that are tender to the touch, and sinuses are perpetually clogged. I realize that this condition didn't happen overnight, probably something that has been building for years after all the antibiotics I practically was raised on (haven't taken any meds, prescrip or OTC for more than 15 yrs). Will taking smaller doses of CDS or MMS make a difference over time? Or am I just spinning my wheels?

You need to go slow with low doses that do not make you feel worse off as far as your symptoms. You can use MMS or CDS, just have to find a low enough dose that does not make you feel worse. Staying on that low dose hourly will make progress. This is the advice Jim Humble gives in this situation.

Kerri has something called the baby bottle protocol. Use an 8 oz glass baby bottle and a lid that will seal it, not the nipple. Put just a 1-2 drop dose of activated MMS in there with the cleanest water you have. Drink 1 oz every hour. Works great because the bottle is already marked.

There is nothing wrong with low doses if they are having an effect for you. You just have to go slower and do it longer.

Sherry, i would suggest you use the nose drop protocol for your sinuses.

"NOSE Add 4 drops of citric acid to 4 drops of Cleansing Water. When it turns dark yellow or brown add 4 ounces of water.
It is difficult to get to the sinuses because the breath passes by the sinuses and it doesn’t collect in them. So you need to lay flat on your back with no pillow and put 3-4 drops of this solution into each nostril and let it run down into the sinuses. Repeat several times a day until you are healed. It will have a burning feeling but it will heal. Reduce the number of drops if it feels very bad."

Lay with your head hanging slightly over the edge of a bed is better to ensure the drops run into the sinus. There is a video somewhere of Jim showing how to do this. Perhaps search you tube. Start with 1 drop only. increase by 1 each day if you feel able.

Do this alongside the hourly doses for 8 hours per day, starting as Michael suggests, working very slowly up to 3 drops per hour to avoid the sickness. Please report back here.

About Rev Pete, yes I had sinuses as long as I can remember.
Using that, making 2 drops activated, is wonderful, Since I do that, I feel very very better, no more difficulty to breath.
I really recommend that gosherrygo.
