first batch of CDS was created by jan123
Well, i made my first batch of CDS......1oz MMS and 1 ounce 50% citric acid.....I used an open pint jar as the receptical with chilled distilled H2O, Heated the bath water to 180 after letting the solution activate fora few minutes.......Bubbled great then stopped after about 10 minutes....after examining the set up I found the fumes had destroyed the tip of my sweet water air diffuser....I checked the strength of the solution with blue gatorade ( one once of gator ade and one ounce cds) and it took all the blue color out instantly..any thoughts on how strong my solutoin might be? I sure didnt have to count to 6

you could add one ounce of cold distilled water to your large jar at a time and mix it up a little and test it with another one ounce of gatorade and keep doing that until you can count to six sec.

Hi Orv - I feel rather dumb but could you or anyone else point me to the instructions about testing with gatorade? I gather this is to test if the CDS is ok or the strength of it..... I have trawled around so much but can't find the how and what:)
thanks in anticipation.......
