Daily intake duration? was created by usmade
I need someones help please. I have Lyme, Barbesia, Bartonella, and Mycoplasma Fermentons and have been on Protocol 1000 since Dec. 17, 2024. It's been almost 6 months since I started my daily protocol 1000. All these days I have taken my hourly doses of one and half drops. I am not able to take greater than the one and half drops as i get a bad herxheimer reaction if I do. My health has improved a little but, the extreme exhaustion, body pain and insomnia haven't subsided but a small amount..Based on where I was 6 months ago to now I'd estimate I've improved 20%. I just can't believe I'm not better than I feel taking these drops this long. I wonder if I should I take daily drops longer each day? Should I take the drops more than 10 hours a day? Are there negative health impacts if you take the drops for longer periods of time each day?

Are you progressing through all the relevant protocols by following the HRP?
Also, please read the attached PDF file and let us know if the info is helpful for you. Thanks.

Dear Moderator, thank you very much for helping me. I'm by myself and sometimes forget which is what I did not following the Health Recovery Plan. I have read Jim Humbles' book a couple of times but it was on my desk and out of site out of mind is what I did. You cannot know how grateful I am to you that you have brought me out of my slump! (Lyme has affected my brain and I'm not thinking clearly.) I quickly got my book back out and will progress to Protocol 1000 Plus now. I will keep my HRP right by my side and reread it today. I can't believe I didn't think to pull my book out go over it. But, thanks to you that won't happen again! I feel hope that I WILL progress and have better health one day soon. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you., I owe you so much. May God bless you. Debbie
