How to make Citric Acid 50% was created by Karadurdu

Hello everyone,
I want to make self my Citric Acid 50% Solution.
I bought 500 gr citric acid at supermarket.
I want to make 100ml of solution
Do I need 50gr citric acid and 50ml water or must I add more water.

Normally you would mix equal parts by weight. But, you can use equal parts by volume if you compress the citric acid crystals into the same container that you will use for measuring the water.
