Hi, Rex, JH has stated in the training not to mix the MMS and citric acid in the capsule, but to mix the doses up for the day in a small squeeze bottle, MMS+CA, activate and add some water - I think the amount is found here . and then to put the total drops for each dose in the capsule when you're ready to take it. The reason is that the capsule has been known to "explode" when you mix it in the capsule and then take it. And just in case it does, it's probably not best to have it happen in your esophagus.
