Unfortunately, unless I missed it (or am forgetting), Jim isn't very clear about if you
COULD or SHOULD take MMS2 with or without food. (same with CDS)
(OR if the foods and liquids and substances that interfere with MMS1 also interfere with MMS2)
I think the implication is, since you take it WITH MMS1 (in between, using the
10-hour dosage methodology chart), that you would take it WITHOUT food, like MMS1.
That's what I always do. Make sure you drink plenty of water with the MMS2.
I try to take 4 oz first, take the pill, and 4 oz afterward.
Sometimes I will eat a cracker afterward, and then drink some water after that, too,
just to make sure it all goes down.
(you don't want the pill-into-acid reaction occurring in your esophageal system)
I've found that that helps with any acid stomach issues that may occur.
Keep some antacids around in case something happens and you need to
deal with a lot of excess acid in your stomach and heart burn, etc.
This happens occasionally with me.
I try to drink more water, and eat (another) cracker and more water first,
but if it gets out of hand, best to stop the reaction that time around.
Eating would be the same as with MMS1. An hour or two before and after the
dosing period, and an half hour in between for "lunch". (non-MMS2 time frame)
Do your best.
It's pretty much all By Guess and By Golly anyway, so if you "have to",
you could do a one-hour "lunch period" and it wouldn't be the end of the world. (imo)
This is the best info I can think to relate.
