file ppm of cds reads only 50

ppm of cds reads only 50 was created by dragon88
I have been making CDS for few years now using kalcker's method (5ml acid abd 5ml SC, in 250ml distilled water, repeating twice for 48hrs, using 1:59 dilution for testing the ppm ).  these past couple of times the ppm of cds reads only 50ppm instead of 100.  what factors could cause this?
