Question about inhaling from a cup

I'm new to the forum, but not to Humble or Kalcker.
I had an mycotoxin test and Aspergillus came out with high numbers. I know Kalcker isn't big on inhaling CDS, but Humble's video showed inhaling from a cup with the 2 drop method. Do you do this every hour as he suggested with the CDS and water mixture using a nebulizer, or once a day? He didn't specify in the video I have. He did say one or 2 inhales at the most, but not if u can repeat during the day. Thanks.
