lingering metallic taste in mouth was created by miselah
Hello. I stopped the starting procedure on day 2 due to a metallic taste in my mouth. I don't have metal fillings but my test results do show levels of metals and mycotoxins. I am suffering palpitations and sleeplessness from mold exposure. Should I power through? Use a specific binder? Any suggestions appreciated. My water is RO. I am almost at the end of the guidebook. Thank you.

Hello Miselah.
I asked a friend about this and got this reply from her:
"Yes. It is common during a detox. I would press on, and I would use a binder that was good for removing metals and mycotoxins. Food grade zeolite and/or Pectasol / Pectaclear would be my choices.
And if I had heavy metal toxicity, I would also be taking a multi-vitamin/mineral to resupply the minerals that the body was lacking before. Insufficient mineral intake will cause the body to pull in counterfeits…like lead instead of calcium."
