Hello,
I've just starting treating myself for self-diagnosed Lyme (for five years now I've had pretty much all the symptoms laid out in Buhner's book, and those mentioned by Klinghardt in the interviews I've listened to. And I've had tick bites).
In my eagerness to try this, I ordered both CDS and the two-part CD solution before I really learnt the specifics of each. In any case, I started with CDS. I took 100ml of 12000ppm and added it all to 300ml of water, creating a 3000ppm solution. I started by adding 1ml to a liter of water in the morning and have increased to 2ml today, intending to increase to at least 10ml and no more than 30ml. Every 30 mins or so I take a shot of around 62ml, so over the course of 8 or 9 hours I drink the entire liter.
However, I'm conscious that there may be mistakes in the above, or in some other things I've been doing...
For one thing, I mix the solution first thing in the morning and leave it on the kitchen table in a glass measuring jug so I can quickly grab it and pour my next shot. But will the CDS "evaporate" throughout the day? Do I need to keep it in the fridge? I _do_ keep the 3000ppm solution in the fridge, just not the made-up dose for each day. Bear in mind I live in a hot, humid climate, which may be a factor.
Secondly, I've seen some people in this forum recommend that you not drink coffee or tea due to the anti-oxidants neutralizing the chlorine dioxide. I haven't read or heard that in any of the resources I've consumed, so I wanted to check. I have green tea after breakfast, coffee before lunch, and black tea in the afternoon. Is it advised to cease?
Thirdly, the truth is I've collated a bunch of advice from Buhner, Klinghardt, and elsewhere (I heard about ClO2 via Dr Kory only a couple of weeks ago and was shocked when I looked into it). I'm combining a bunch of their advice together and have a hard time reconciling "don't drink coffee/tea due to anti-oxidants" with all the anti-oxidants that I'm taking following their advice (e.g. cordyceps and NAC in particular).
If anyone has any opinions on these questions/concerns, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Thanks
PS. despite being at a very low dose and consuming all the anti-oxidants I mentioned, I've already noticed _some_ improvements. Nothing overly dramatic, but certainly better vision and energy.

Be careful if you follow any advice you find on Dirt Road Discussions. Ivermectin is what killed the owner of the Dirt Road Telegram group. He was ingesting IVM daily. Thanks, but I asked pretty specific questions about CDS
Ivermectin is already part of my protocol for healing Lyme. I am hitting this everything I think makes sense: Ivermectin, ashwagandha, bioresonance, acupuncture, enemas, chromium, chlorella, zeolite, cistus tea. And that's not including my "regular" stack of stuff like Mg, D3+K2, and what-not.
But want to make sure I'm doing the right thing with CDS because I'm new to it.

I should also say: my first experience with Ivermectin was nearly 4 years ago. It worked so incredibly well that I thought I had found a solution and could move on with my life. But it only lasted 5 days, at which point I crashed again. I have since cycled on and off it every now and then, finding it helps a little (especially to sleep) but does not have anywhere near the efficacy it did that first time I took it.

I would buy the book: MMS Health Recovery Guidebook.
Too many sources and too much advice can only cause confusion.
Read the book and follow the directions. Then after establishing a pattern that works, modify as you see fit with your other protocols.
