Questions about Protocol P... Full Moon & Fasting

I have 2 Questions...

On Dr Kalcker's Protocol P, E, and C, do I do exactly 30 days OR do I start the 30 days over on the Full Moon? I started my first 30 day on the Full Moon.

Is it OK to FAST during the 19-30 day (rest) portion of the protocol? I usually like to do a 3-day FAST every month, and intermittent fasting everyday. I would have to take the 3 days off CDS.
