MMS vs Zeolite

Hello, I'm new to using mms and before I aquire some, I was wondering how good MMS is at getting rid of mercury and other various heavy metals compared to other things like Zeolite, ALA, and Chlorella. Also, if I can even take some while still having amalgam fillings in my teeth.
