Hello Yossef.
If you are able to join Telegram, that would be better for Tara. Can you do that? Thanks and let us know your @username

I'm sorry I don't have Telegram, WhatsApp or anything related to smartphones.
Maybe I could use a friend's WhatsApp or something like that for a one-time use.
I'd be happy if you could explain the options to me.
And what's the username for the site here?

And what's the username for the site here? This forum uses names such as yours, "yossef". Telegram uses names AND usernames. A name can be used by anyone, but a username is unique to one person. Here is the link to Telegram where you can signup for an account. Note that you need to choose Android or Apple iPhone depending on which type of phone you have, or a PC if that is what you are using. When done, tell me your @username. Thanks.

Look dear admin
I tried to check the possibility but I didn't find people who have Telegram.
If I had the possibility to open Telegram I would open it myself
But I have a very filtered internet and also all the public in my area has such internet so this is a very big problem for me Telegram.
Maybe you would agree to correspond with me once by email.

If you used a VPN, your internet would not be filtered. I will pass on your email address to Tara.

Yossef, someone is trying to scare you away from using Telegram. Telegram is private and secure, so "they" can't monitor what you are doing on Telegram. That is why they say not to use Telegram.
Do you know that one billion people use Telegram everyday? That is 1,000,000,000 people. Huge. There must be at least 100 CLO2 channels and groups, both public and private, on Telegram. I have a private channel and group on Telegram. I spend most of my day on Telegram posting CLO2 info and answering questions. Tara does the same, but in many more groups than me.
Today Tara said that she does not have time to talk to you via email. You should join Telegram, which must first be done using a cell phone. Then you can use a computer on Telegram. You should use a VPN to stay private.
Here is a screen shot of a Telegram channel:

Hi Yossef. I looked at your tests. I think CLO2 gave you my reply.
I would continue to take the CLO2, but at very low doses. What is a tolerable dose for you per hour?
I would also take zeolite, a half teaspoon to start, every night before bed with a glass of water. I would try to get up to a full teaspoon. This can help to bind to toxins and bacterial overgrowth and sweep these undesirables from the gut.
Do you still have a gall bladder? Are you on any meds?
I would consider taking tudca once a day, 250 mg. Tudca can increase bile production…and bile is anti-bacterial, so can help with SIBO. Bile is also a way that the liver detoxifies itself, so increasing bile production is a great way to help liver health.
Motility supplements like artichoke and ginger can help with SIBO, because they deter colon bacteria from moving backwards into the small intestine. I would also consider allicin (from garlic) as it is a powerful natural antibiotic.
I do hope you will consider a VPN and join Telegram.
