DMSO dosage - how to take internally?

My book arrived at the same time it talks of the benefits of DMSO but has no protocols or dosage advise.
I have been ~5 weeks first on MMS protocol and the last few days on CDS C protocol with no improvement to my condition (erythema nodosum) that has some sort of inflammatory nature due to possibly autoimmunity or something else. So far it has been progressively getting worse with no improvement. I read that DMSO is an anti inflammatory and would like to see if I can get some relieve from all the pain by taking it but unfortunately have no idea how. My DMSO bottle states 99.9%. How many drops? In water? If yes how much water per how many drops? How many times/ day.
Many thanks in advance.

MMS/CD, Bacteria and Viruses
Published on: July 5, 2026
Question: Does MMS/CD kill bacteria and virus? Jim: Antibacterial drugs can sometimes stop bacterial [infections] diseases but medicine has yet to develop anything to stop viral infections.
