I buy only the 99.9%. I think, the clearer the better. You never know what the other percents include.
Not sure if black salve or the ingridiences are available in US.

Pure DMSO tend to get jelly on low temperatures. It doesn`t affect the quality but is tricky to handle. I think that was the reason why they delute it.
Do the math and find out what is cheaper.
I had never problems with my 99.9% DMSO. Why should I buy water?

If that spot is cancerous - it will come off.
I always add 2 drops of 70% DMSO with the salve onto cotton wool and plaster it on the target site for 24hrs.
The mind is like a garden, if you do not cultivate it, you cannot harvest from it.
