Can you tell me where to go?
Also I have subscribed to the newsletter but never get it, where can i go see it online?
Am just confused where to go, seems I am spending too much time looking, then I give up and "shelf it" instead of using it.
Like right now my husband is extremely sick and I want to help him get better, I am just using CDS which is 3000 and have been using that for myself, he has been drinking, grugling and all but nothing is happening (he has a flu type sickenns, soar throat fever, the works)
and I just want to help.
Mind you I have been taking CDS and I got this same sickness last week (he hasn't), I got it out but it took a few days, could have taken less if I hadnt isisted on working as well.
This time I used MMS to be "sure to be sure" and gurgling - the works! Even enemas (they are great! Thought this to be disgursting but its not that bad at all, just use a short tube and a syringe and it is no rpblem).
I still have some of it in me, spitting up mucus in the morning and have a cough. So this is a strong mother fucker bug. Our daughter also got the same.

The 1000+ is one protocol, but the 3000 is another MMS/DMSO protocol. Also, I have done footbaths, and Amanda Mary has discussed DMSO/CDS "washes" in the more recent thread to Verkunder titled "Verkunderfrau."
If you are using 3000, (I'm assuming at 1mL per dose), in Andreas' CDS101 information, you can increase the amount of CDS per dose, slowly, up to 5mL per dose. That's actually what Andreas is speaking of for cancer, which your husband doesn't have - but it does say that you can increase it.
When I have a cold or flu with sinus involvement, I will do the
mms baths
mms neti pot
the tooth and respiratory procedure
CDS internally
and now I have the "washes" to consider adding to my stack.

Published on: May 11, 2026
Eighty five percent of mammals, that is animals, take naps during the day. It is not really apparent if humans were meant to take naps or not, but children certainly take naps naturally. I personally have taken from 20 to 45 minute daily naps during my entire life. They keep one fresh. People often worry …

Dilute HCl can be used as an aid to MMS/CD. Eighty years ago, back in the 1920’s and 30’s thousands of people were healed by a few doctors of many diseases including cancer. Eventually they were stopped, but there was one doctor who worked in the jungles of Mexico who had years and years of …

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …

Clarification of MMS Terms

The following is from Jim Humble, taken from the MMS Health Recovery Guidebook.
